Translation Services

Request a Fee Estimate
To receive a fee estimate of a translation, please contact us at 214-575-5404 or email us at staff@RIAiec.org. We need the following information: 1) name, 2) fax number, 3) number of pages, and 4) language of origin.

Services
RIA provides certified and notarized translation for all major languages. We also provide proofread and editing in all foreign languages to English.

Fees
The translation fee is determined by the complexity of the languages, the type of language, the length of pages.

Timeline
Our standard timeline the complete most translation is 10 business days. However, we can also provide rush service within 1 business day or 3 business days for most languages.

Extra Copies
Applicant can request extra copy of the evaluation report. The fee is $25.00 per copy.

Fax Copies
Applicant can request fax copy to be faxed to designated number. The fee is $15.00 per location.

Form of payment
The fee is non-refundable.  Checks or money order should be made payable to make the bank check or money order payable to RIA.  Applicants paying by credit card must complete the credit card information on the application form or go online to our website to make payment. All translation fees, including rush service fees, fees for extra copies, and faxes on are non-refundable.
